Fees
Tuition is based on an annual rate and due the 1st of each month. An annual $20.00 non-refundable registration fee will be included with the first month's tuition. A $10.00 late fee will be added if tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month.
Rate Schedule
A Family Rate is offered when one family member takes classes totaling three (3) or more hours per week. Ask at the office for more information on special rates.

There are no refunds, extensions, or transfers of tuition for missed classes. Please refer to our policy below regarding absences.
Holiday schedules will be posted in the studio. Check with the office if any special arrangements are needed.

| Studio Policy
Dress Code.
Uniforms, shoes, and proper hair are required in class at all times. Students will be sent out of class to get proper dress (see Dancewear). For all ballet classes, hair must be worn in a bun. Jazz and modern classes must wear hair in a neat style up off the neck and face. Dress code will be strictly enforced.
Tardiness.
It is essential that students come to class on time. Lack of proper warm-up at the beginning of class can cause injuries. Late arrivals disrupt class concentration. Students will not be accepted into class after the first 15 minutes. Contact the instructor about a make-up class.
Absence.
Please call to report an absence. Excused absences may be made up in a class of similar work within the month of the missed class. Please notify the office of vacations.
Notices.
Notices will be posted on the office bulletin board and, whenever possible, on this website. It is every student's (or parent's) responsibility to check for notices before class.
Class Length.
Most classes are one hour long with 8 or more students. Classes may be shortened if there are fewer than 6 students. Pre-school classes are 45 minutes at the one-hour rate.
Snow Schedule.
We will follow the North Kitsap School District snow schedule.
Phone Calls.
Please ask permission to use the phone, and use it for local calls only.
Observers.
Visitors are welcome to observe classes at any time through the glass windows.

DanceWear
Dancewear shall be worn in accordance with the class so all colors and styles match. If you are a new student and have appropriate dancewear, there is no need to purchase anything until necessary. A full line of leotards, tights, shoes, and supplies are available at:
Girl's ballet tights must be seamed Capezio theatrical pink.
Underwear should not be worn underneath leotards. If you have any questions, or wish to wear optional accessories such as sweaters and skirts, please contact your dance teacher.
Boy's ballet dress code: white t-shirt, black ballet shoes and black leggings. Dance belts are required for boys of age.
Jazz shoes/boots must be approved by the class instructor.

It is the policy of this site not to disclose names of children or their addresses. Last names, addresses, or email addresses of adults are disclosed only with prior permission. In photographs, children and adults are identified only by first name (and last initial, if necessary) if possible.
