Dance Ensemble NW (DEN) is a non-profit dance company made up of company members (ages 12 and up), currently students at Liberty Bay Danceworks. Michael Falotico is the Artistic Director/Choreographer for DEN, choreographing the DEN portion of the Nutcracker and Spring Show.

To become a company member of DEN students must be attending and accomplished in Advanced Ballet and are selected by the Artistic Director Michael Falotico and/or the Assistant Artistic Director, Amber Haugen. Students seeking to become a member of DEN may request an audition.

DEN membership requires parent participation in company board meetings one evening per month, and be able to volunteer and assist with company performances. Dues in the amount of $40.00/month is payable to DEN can be paid during the board meetings which are typically the first Monday of the month. Dues are paid separately from the student's standard classes which are payable to Liberty Bay Danceworks.
